With arms at your sides, place the tape measure under your arms and measure around the fullest part of chest.
Measure around the fullest part.
Measure up approximately 8"-10" from crotch to below belly button. Then measure low waist at this point.
Measure your natural waistline - the smallest area of your waist.
Measure the inside length of your leg from crotch to bottom of ankle. Or using a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from where the seams meet at the crotch to the bottom cuff on the leg.
